My 98 OEM manual calls for the same 447 ml or 15.1 US oz of #15 fork oil in each leg. Also refers to 75 mm below the top of the upper tube with the fork collasped, no spring. I find no reference to a recommended change interval, only I (nspect) for leaks at specified intervals. they make no reference to drain plugs and I didn't find any on my 96 like my Honda and Yamaha dirt bikes have.
